I have loved baking ever since I was a child. My passion for making wedding cakes blossomed after a friend showed me how to make sugar roses. I attended cake decorating courses to further my sugarcraft skills and then to add to my bakes I joined a macaron making class. It's the little details that make a cake perfect, along with the textures and flavours found in each scrumptious layer.
